Whether you are getting ready for a special occasion, would prefer to limit free time doing something OTHER than cleaning, or perhaps you know an elderly person who needs assistance with house chores, Martindale can assist you with one time cleaning, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings. Here’s how it works.
If you are interested in regularly scheduled cleaning, clients start with a free estimate which takes about 15 minutes. A Martindale cleaning expert goes through your home room by room to get a better understanding of exactly what you like and what your expectations are.
Then, on a predetermined day and time, a team of two experts will come to your home and perform their general cleaning duties which include:
-Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
-Vacuuming under couch/chair cushions
-Cleaning light fixtures
-Dusting of blinds, window sills & treatments,
-Cleaning silk plants and ceiling fan blades
-Dusting of baseboards and crown molding
-Cobweb removal
-Bathroom cleaning includes shower, shower doors and tub scrubbed down, toilet, mirrors, sinks and counter tops cleaned.
-Kitchen cleaning includes inside/outside of microwave cleaned, top and outside of refrigerator cleaned, toaster/toaster oven cleaned, coffee pot and dishwasher cleaned, counter tops including all items on counter top moved and cleaned and cabinets wiped down. Stove, table and chairs also cleaned.
-TV screen cleaned
-Fireplace glass doors cleaned
The biggest factors are frequency in cleaning and type of flooring. And besides cleaning, Martindale also offers bed linen changing, spot steam cleaning of carpets, office/business cleaning and even house and/or pet sitting.
